- Virtual assistant conversations: we store the conversation text to follow up on your enquiry and improve our answers.

- To deliver the accounting, tax or payroll services you engage us for.
- To comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for advertising.
Service providers
To run this site we rely on third parties that may process data on our behalf: our email provider (to send you replies), Cloudflare Turnstile (to verify you're not a bot), and an AI model provider that generates the virtual assistant's answers. Each receives only the minimum necessary for its function.
The AI assistant
The assistant's answers are generated automatically from our informational documents. They are general in nature and do not constitute tax, legal or accounting advice for your particular situation. For that, please book a consultation with our team. Do not type Social Security numbers, full ITINs or banking details into the chat.
How long we keep it
We retain contact messages for as long as there is an active service relationship or live interest, and afterwards for any period required by applicable regulation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@acaccountingsolutions.com. We handle requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
This site uses browser local storage to remember your chat conversation and, if configured, analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies.
